How funding works

There are a few straight‑forward ways to pay for training. We can guide you to the right route and help with the forms.

Ideal for hotels, restaurants, and hosts who want fast results. You choose the course, dates, and location. We invoice the venue directly and provide all records for HR files.

Suitable for pre‑job groups or people returning to work. We can align dates to local Jobcentre schedules and provide the attendance logs and outcome reports your adviser needs.

In some areas, councils and local partners back short, job‑focused training. We can prepare the course outline and schedule for approval and provide simple progress updates.

If you have several new starters or want to train multiple properties at once, we can plan a group intake with clear pricing per person. Content can be shaped to match your venue standards.

For small venues and independent hosts, we can split the invoice into staged payments tied to the training dates.

What we provide for funded training

Clear paperwork keeps things moving. For funded or partnered courses we supply:

  • A course outline with learning aims, schedule, and delivery format.

  • Attendance logs and punctuality notes.

  • A simple progress check at the midpoint.

  • Completion report listing skills covered and next steps.

  • Safeguarding, insurance, and risk assessment documents on request.

  • Outcome data after training, where available.

Certificates and proof of skills

Every learner receives clear, practical proof of what they can do.

A named certificate confirming the course, dates, and delivery hours. Provided as a PDF for easy sharing.

A simple checklist signed by our trainer that shows which tasks the learner has practiced. Managers can use this to place people on stations from day one.

For employer‑led training we prepare short notes so supervisors know how to keep standards consistent on live shifts.

We share certificates and checklists digitally so they can be attached to HR files or job applications. We can confirm authenticity by email if requested.
